These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of acontagioussmile.com and the educational, advocacy, resource, peer-support, event, course, marketplace, and related services offered by A Contagious Smile LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
PURPOSE AND ELIGIBILITY
The site is intended for lawful personal, educational, and informational use. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the site with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
NOT MEDICAL, MENTAL-HEALTH, LEGAL, OR EMERGENCY SERVICES
Content and peer support are not substitutes for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services. Peer Support Specialists do not replace licensed professionals. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service in your location.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information; respect other people’s privacy and safety; follow program, community, and event rules; and not misuse the site. You may not use the site to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property rights, collect information without authorization, or engage in unlawful conduct.
ACCOUNTS, PROGRAMS, AND PURCHASES
Some services may require registration, payment, or separate program terms. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Prices, availability, scholarship criteria, schedules, and program features may change. Any specific cancellation, refund, shipping, or digital-delivery terms presented at purchase or registration also apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, site content, course materials, graphics, downloads, trademarks, and original resources belong to A Contagious Smile LLC or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, sold, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.
