John Graham

A space for men and couples to meet life with greater presence and integrity.

John is a husband, father of four, three-time USA Memory Champion, Grandmaster of Memory, and business owner. Behind those achievements is a personal story of living with daily panic attacks and chronic anxiety—and of finding a different way to relate to what he was carrying.

In John’s words and experience

Beyond achievement, toward something truer

John describes an important turning point: after years of building an impressive career, he began to see how insecurity, pride, and old patterns had shaped parts of his life. As he faced emotions he had long suppressed, he became more aware of what he calls living Intelligence—a deeper, present-moment wisdom that he believes can guide a person beyond the habits of a conditioned mind.

His work now invites men to notice what is happening within them, meet pressure and resistance honestly, and take responsibility for how they show up in their relationships, families, and daily lives. He speaks from his own experience rather than offering a one-size-fits-all method.

Who John works with

Men seeking individual support, and couples consisting of a man and a woman. This is the scope of John’s practice, not a statement about anyone else’s path to support.
